Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shreyas Live, we understand that plans may change, and circumstances can arise that require adjustments to your event attendance. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy to understand the procedures and conditions related to cancellations and refunds.
 

1. Ticket Cancellation:
a. All ticket sales are final, and Shreyas Live generally does not entertain requests for cancellations. b. In exceptional circumstances, such as event cancellation or significant changes, ticket refunds may be considered at the discretion of Shreyas Live.
 

2. Event Cancellation:
a. If an event is canceled by Shreyas Live, we will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders promptly. b. In the case of event cancellation, ticket holders may be offered a refund or alternative arrangements, as determined by Shreyas Live.
 

3. Postponement or Rescheduling: a. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will typically remain valid for the rescheduled date.
b. Refunds may be offered at the discretion of Shreyas Live if ticket holders are unable to attend the rescheduled event.
 

4. Refund Process:
a. Refund requests, when applicable, must be submitted within a specified timeframe communicated by Shreyas Live.
b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
 

5. Ticket Transfer:
a. Tickets are generally non-transferable. If the transfer is allowed, it will be subject to approval by Shreyas Live and any applicable fees.
 

6. Event Changes:
a. Shreyas Live reserves the right to make changes to event details, including performers, venue, and schedule. Such changes do not automatically qualify for ticket refunds.
 

7. Force Majeure:
a. Shreyas Live shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
 

8. Discretionary Refunds:
a. Shreyas Live may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests based on individual circumstances not explicitly covered by this policy.
